As per Nepal’s leading online news platform Nepal live, “Director General Rajan Pokhrel of CAAN said that efforts are being made to recover the hacked site.”

CAAN is an independent Nepali government body since 1998. Its headquarter is in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is the regulatory board which issues new pilot licenses, renews licenses and converts the licenses through various tests.
